Default Re: KWAZAR was in an accident

[ QUOTE ]

I never said he was a bad person. Just a little foolish not to have insurance, especially considering that he's performing high-risk activities that could (and did) get him injured.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree with you in theory, but I went many years that I didn't have insurance either (we ARE talking about medical insurance, NOT vehicle insurance, just to be clear). But it didn't stop me from doing things I loved..nor should it.
[ QUOTE ]

It's not like the guy acted like he was hurting for money, either. This is the same guy that posted pictures of himself holding up wads of cash.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'll give you that one except half a million in medical fees and loss of income will leave most people strapped for cash.

[ QUOTE ]

This is true. Is there some dispute now as to who was the one who was in the wrong?

[/ QUOTE ]

Isn't there always? The reality is, they have that guys statement and Kwazar doesn't remember the wreck. Which is normal for someone involved in a traumatic accident. I wasn't there so I have no clue what happened. But I HAVE ridden with him many times and he was a very safe rider so I'm not willing to accept that he ran a stop sign on the word of one person, said person being the other one involved in the accident.
