Most people that Party ripped off are ignorant to the fact that they got ripped off, and most of the Poker News/Magazines are not objective in reporting the scam due to the money Party pays them.
Am sure that a classaction lawsuit would be to costly, and most of the players that got cheated do not even play Party anymore.
If I was still living in Gibraltar I would have looked up the guilty PARTY and confronted them.
