What are you doing with the c2, we've got Rf2 it's not like white has to roll over an die and if you exchange down...

...qc6 21. Rf2 ( right away ? ) doesn't seem to great. Ng4 looks really strong, too many variations to list.

21. Bd2 ( free move as you say Bf4 has problems too) Qc2 22.QxQ RxQ 23. Rf2 we have pretty much established a rook on the 7th and his d pawn is not too easy to defend either.
OK "refuted is too strong but it is hard to see how white retains any edge
