They're MO since 1997 has been dumping salary. 2003 was one of the biggest sports flukes in history, don't expect the Marlins to win another Championship ever under current ownership. I don't see how anyone can argue a team that has a payroll of less than like 15 individual players isn't horribly run. Any other franchise in the NL that got THAt LUCKY with rookie performances would have made the playoffs. But not the Marlins because they bought 0 players in to put around it. That franchise is a laughing stock.
