Who says opponent has top pair? Also, I don't think you're going to win 65% of your matches vs someone this aggressive anyway. The higher %s come from the passive/weaker players, imo. (I honestly think I'm like 90% to win vs some of the superdonks who play like weak/passive autistic children that can never learn)
