i'm korean, and almost all the koreans i've ever know, will overcharge their grandfolks if they could get away with it, so you're probably not getting screwed over cause you're honkinese.

those thinking about opening a korean restaurant are crazy, unless you have a large pool of cheap family labor. there's so much work to it. there's usually a minimum of 20 menu items that aren't bbq at a standard korean bbq restaurant.

only honkeys order only bbq when they go to bbq, and if you need the other dishes to draw in the koreans.
