That's weird. Around here you could feed four people with two entrees, a soup, and maybe an order of Korean pancake (pah-juhn). The bill would be around $50.

Hm - you know, for the food itself, that's prolly about what I pay in LA. Before tax, going with cheaper prices, let's say you get a chigae ($8), 2 orders of bulgogi (it's a cheaper dish to begin with, so let's say $13 per order), pajun ($10) so total ~$50 with tax. (I don't see how much cheaper it can get, even in Seattle.)

But 1) that's enough food for 4 people? not for my friends and 2) you don't drink while you eat Korean BBQ zomg!

Generally, I don't drink and eat at the same time. Call me a little girl, but it really diminishes the experience for both. I can't enjoy booze when I'm eating and I can't enjoy food when I'm boozing. So I keep them separate.

That's usually enough for 4 people. It depends on the company though.
