Over charging - for Koreans, not really from what I've seen. I think the Chinese are more liable to do this haha. The advantage in being the minority is knowing what to ask for, and getting dishes off-menu.
Price breaks - I get them cause I speak some Korean and go to the same places all the time. If I weren't Korean I doubt I'd get the price break.
