stars scanning always stuck in every 15-20 tables, and i must manually scroll to the next table. after it finishes, the percentage bar is starts but stops at 15-30% and i get this error message:
3 failed ERROR: invalid byte sequence for encoding "UNICODE": 0xe47473

i think fixing stars problems is much more important than adding new sites.
