According to the Stove, if you ignore the maniac you get something like:

So since you have to put in 2.5 BB to win 9ish BB (assuming maniac folds the turn and you get a bet from AK on the river) I guess you can call down any board where and A or K doesn't hit.

However, since there is a third guy in, if you give him a completely random hand:

This would make me lean a bit more towards a fold, especially if the maniac will push you off the best hand occasionally.
