I am happy to report that I got an email from JetSet today (Oct. 26th). The email said that my remaining balance (~$250) had been transferred to Neteller (I emailed the
[email protected] address and requested a Neteller withdrawal) had been transferred on Oct. 17th. I hadn't checked my Neteller balance in a couple of weeks; I checked and my money was there.
I still have one nagging issue in that I also had $55 in their $TC (similar to Stars' $T) that I had won in a satellite and I had been planning on using in one of their soft Super Saturday $10K Guarantee tourneys. I was not refunded that $55. I will email about that, but I honestly thought I was never going to see a dime.
I hope the rest of you get your money as well. I was not a prop player or a regular who had been a longtime loyal rake-paying customer; in fact I had only been playing on the site for a few months and had never played very much and had quickly withdrawn a couple of nice scores that I made in their weekend tourneys.
