A buddy of mine was with a girl for a couple of months who apparently had cystic fibrosis. He said she squirted like you wouldn't believe. (EDIT: I forgot to mention that we had a hypothesis wondering whether the cystic fibrosis and the squirting were connected, but sample size issues kept this from going anywhere.)
