However, the OP accurately described his hand. Or, even if he had just said, "You win" that is kind of under-declaring his hand, which I don't see as a problem. Why would a guy muck his hand after someone says, "you win"? It makes no sense.

When a players says "you win" they are conseding the pot. The other player nows mucks his hand to make room fo rhte dealer to push him the pot. The is a related angle shot that I don't like at all, a player says you win, so his opponent turbo mucks to get his hand in the muck.
