Anyone that says this place isn't awesome is out of there mind. This place is very, very awesome for two 20 year olds.

About the roommates thing - it sucks living by yourself being young. If you have a baller house like this, no girl is going to look down on you because you share it. I'm 23, just out of school, and live with 2 investment bankers in a nice condo in the Chicago. It really sucks a lot of times because it's really like I live by myself. During the day there is nothing to do and it'd be cool to have roommates.

Just for kicks, I'll give my advice to these guys.

First, Durr (and anyone who is a balla), FIGURE OUT YOUR TAX SITUATION NOW. I don't know how long you have been making serious money, but I hope for your sake it only started in 2006. You will need to pay quarterly estimated tax payments to the IRS when you are making this much money. Saying "I plan on paying all taxes" will not be enough in the IRS' eyes if they happen to look into your situation before you do in fact pay. Run, don't walk, to an accountant and tell them EVERYTHING. I'm guessing you probably owe about 500k in taxes, so save some of the money you do have. PM me if you have questions.

As far as the house goes, people have said it but get some reasonable girls in there and have them help decorate. They will jump at the chance to go shopping (you might not even have to go, just send them) and you can probably get laid in the process (holla).

what i like: raptor your bedroom is awesome. looks pretty sleek imo, like the fireplace/setup. xbox 360, which i'm assuming is probalby one of 3 or 4 in the house, is pretty baller too.

the living room looks cool too. i like the wet bar, couches look pretty decent too. that seems like the best room to party in, I'd get a big TV and wall mount it, plus add an awesome stereo in there. If you make that the room people are going to get wasted in, you can keep the rest of the place nice.

what i dont like: the floor in the room where you have your cpus. just looks pretty old and lame, imo. the good news is you guys are ballas and could get a wood floor, or some nice carpet, or whatever. i have no idea how much it would cost, but the investment ofupgrading floors/whatever would definitely hold its value better than TVs/Cars/Electronics. Something to think about.

I cook maybe one meal a month, so I know what it's like to order everything in. Get some nice plates/glasses/etc so you can actually eat a meal sitting down at a table sometimes. For whatever reason I've found its really enjoyable to do that rather than just eat sitting next to the PC everytime, out of a styrofoam box.

If you don't have one, get a maid to come once a week. Hell, you might even get a cook.

This place is definitely balla tho, good work and keep shipping it. This thread might just inspire me to take some pics of my place as I could use some decorating advice as well.
