Another issue that hasn't been addressed here -- are we talking about:
(1) a head-to-head comparison of JJ and AQs, or
(2) how good each hand is against the range of hands one typically encounters when playing NLHE.
My view is that (2) is the more important question. And if that is what is under discussion, it then becomes relevant how stunningly better JJ is than AQs against hands like the following:

Both of these hands need to get really lucky to beat JJ, but only mildly lucky to beat AQs.
By contrast, the hands that are dominated by AQs, generally also have a hard time beating JJ as well:
A8s, QTo, etc.
