OK, I'm not done with this one yet. The card says it expires in 1997. So is this a mid 90's mullet? I thought the Billy Ray Cyrus look went out in the early 90's. Are we kind of pushing the envelope here? If you are going to have a mullet past 1994, why cut it off? pretty sure this is 90 or 92. There is a sticker on the back that says 92, but I think the picture is from 90. But I thought I grew the mullet in school.
