Default Re: Obligatory semi-regular improve forum quality post

I read a lot of posts here, and thing that conceptual discussion threads are rather limited. I feel there is a big difference between conceptual threads, and line check threads where people ask questions about the proper implementation of a concept. Also, with some hands posted at 25/50 or higher, distinct knowledge of a given game or player may be needed, which limits the usefulness of the post to people who play that game.

I find the dilemma to be, is this forum to be explicitly for people who want to tweak their game, or, as I think many readers of this forum (read:lurkers) would prefer, a way for us to understand what makes these players (who presumably play this high because they are winning players) good. So maybe less questions about KK in a deep stack situation, and more posts like Matt Flynn's about pot control, or any of the other classics that really are in-depth discussions of interesting poker concepts. But that is just my opinion.
