Habeas Corpus derailed?

Are you saying that turning habeas corpus from a constitutionally guaranteed right to a subjectively granted privilege is 'alright' by you?
I'm not sure how this whole thing will shake out, but if it stands, history might show this as one of the worst days in the history of the United States.
