Hey Fuzz welcome to the forum. I play the FW 4/8 game also.
Anywho here is my opinion, take it for what it is worth.
First I think playing for 24 hours straight is probably not a good idea. How well can you concentrate after that much time? Are you really able to continue to make correct decisions, even at the lower stakes? I know for me after about 10 or 12 hours I get a little loopy and start playing looser, chasing crap etc.
Second I usually only bring 10% at most, of my bankroll to a session. If I lose this I go home.
