I voted for Nader, and then Kerry and usually vote Green, unless there's an exceptionally close race or someone I really like in the major parties (like, say, Olympia Snowe). I tend to believe that the long-term creation of a viable third party is much more important than any one race, so i don't view it as a vote wasted in that regard.

This is sort of like saying that only the go ahead run in a baseball matters, completely ignoring the fact that it wouldn't be the go ahead run if the you hadn't scored the runs before it.

It bothers me that anyone voted for Bush, regardless of where they were born.
