Caro would probably be the easiest. I see him signing books all the time. The rest probably tougher to catch up to, I am guessing especially Baldwin and Reese. You would probably have to just catch these guys at the perfect time or you'd be out of luck. Brunson promotes his site and books quite a bit, so he signs books quite a bit and has scheduled signing events, as does Caro.
It would be tough to sell once you got a few autographs. Well, easy to sell, but tough to part with once you had such a nice item.
