Absolutely. I have no qualms about doing so HU or 3h where i'm going to clash constantly with my opponents, I want them to always be worried about getting raised or c/r'd and want them to feel like it's going to be really hard to steal my pots. I find this metagame utility is greatly diminished in a 6max setting where even if he's 2-3 to your left you wont be butting heads with him often enough.
