I know this will never happen but I might as well ask....
Raise the MINIMUM buyin for cash NL and PL games to 50BB at least. This gets rid of ratholing issues and the shortstacks that make the games insanely boring to play (yes they are still profitable, but it is not fun to do numerical gymnastics to bust shortstacks).
Prior to internet poker, big bet games were uncapped and a 50BB minimum buyin was fairly standard. Capping the max buyin has done wonders for keeping the fish from going broke too quickly but there is no reason at all for the minimum buyins to be so low.
