Thank you for giving me the respect of reading my email and answering my questions. I do appreciate that.
While Party may have had no LEGAL obligation to pay for the seats, I respectfully disagree that paying $6 Million to players when $15+ Million was "guaranteed" is "fair". I'm sure you can understand how disappointed and angry many of the players who had Monster seats might be at being underpaid for them.
Bottom line: Party TOOK nearly $10 MILLION FROM PLAYERS in Monster rake, PROMISED OVER $15 MILLION IN PRIZES, BUT GAVE ONLY $6 or 7 MILLION BACK. This is not treating your customers well, no matter how you spin it.
I will not return to Party if they ever invite US players back unless I receive additional money for my Grand Final seats.
