Ignorant statement IMO. You want to vote in another Liberal government that steals millions of taxpayer dollars to fund it's own party, and then spends millions more on various advertising campaigns trying to brainwash you into agreeing with them on every stance.

The Conservative government is what it's name says it is in Canada (Conservative). It's more conservative in its spending and taxing then the liberals. It is not geared toward forcing morality down your throat anymore than the Liberal party is geared toward forcing you to attend a gay rights parade.

IMO the Liberals would be more likely to start taxing and regulating online gambling then the Conservatives (which is what we should be worrying about) because they love to rob you through new taxes. An outright ban or ban of transactions or whatever would just not happen up here IMO. There is just no support for it.

Ignorant statement? I'd feel much more confident with the liberals in power than your PC government the way it is today. I assume by your stealing millions comment that you're refering to the sponsership scandal. Frivilous spending by the liberals perhaps, but outright stealing? now that's an ignorant statement IMO.

Despite all the shortcomings of the Liberal party, we've had balanced budgets and greater liberties like gay marriages, legalization of pot, etc. When Harper got elected, one of his first priorities was to revisit the gay marriage bill within his first week! WTF does that have to do with anything? I'd feel much more secure with online poker and status quo with someone from the liberal party running our country than a right winged Bush wannabe like Harper.
