Default 44, Too Aggressive Pre-Flop? Too Passive on the Flop?

Hi there. I've been lurking here for a few months and really need help on my poker game. Here is a hand that happened to me recently and I'm wondering how badly I misplayed it.

$2-$4 Hollywood Poker. Had only played with the big blind before and he is a calling station.

Hero is CO with 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

3 folds, <font color="green">MP1 calls </font> , 2 folds, <font color="red">Hero Raises </font> , Button folds, <font color="green">sb calls </font> , <font color="green">bb calls </font> (8 sbs)

Flop is 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB checks, BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero?
