I think moving the dark-aquared bishop is our best move right now - this will allow us to castle (important in an open position like this). If we move to e7, it provides protection for the knight at f6, which not only prevents pinning the N against the Q (Bg5), but it also frees up the Q to help defend d5. If we move the B to c5, at some point he can play Be3 and attempt to exchange bishops. We can prevent this by then moving the pawn to d4. However, leaving the bishop hanging right now is not in our best interests. I say Be7.
