Isn't there a clear difference, that Frist has passed legislation to reduce our rights, whereas the avatar is simply using one of those rights (the right to free speech) which Frist probably would also like to restrict as well. I repsect Frist's right to talk about the negatives of poker. I do not respect his actions to strip me of the right to play in my own home, nor my right to talk about him in a poor light as a result of those actions.
