I've already contacted the authorities here since the address he posted was a McDonalds and the name he used was not his own, but a state senator's. I've also contacted Sheldon Silver's office, and tommorrow will be calling Corporate McDonalds.

To each their own, and he certainly has it coming, but it strikes me as a little premature. Probably tough to prove HE was the one to make the changes, whereas it will be EASY to prove he defrauded us, if and when that happens 10 days from now.
