Agree with a call too...

I think this is an easy call. If he has us beat and is tricky, how often does he CR here vs waiting until the turn. Unless you had drew out on him recently, I think he slow plays 2 pr or tips here with a flat call. I think he is just making a play here as you would need an "A" to call him with and he hopes you don't have it.

If he has us beat - I update his notes to say "very" tricky. But from your notes, he seems to be a slow player and unless he has changed gears, I find most of these changes to be bluffs at the pot or feeler bets.
