i think its very difficult for us to put him on exactly A9 or A7. I would think the majority of the time we are actually ahead here.

i would call the flop min-raise and push his turn bet, or bet 3-400 if he checks turn. Or if i was feeling particularly daring i'd call his turn and river bet or call turn and push river if he checks.

Has he min-raised oop before?
He could have a weaker A could be bluffing thinking you didnt have an A. I just think folding is a bit weak especially with the chip lead that you have (i.e. if he does have you beat then your still well in the game).
