If he plays kings by checking it down , then you can safely wait for a better spot .
He may have ace 7 , ace 9 and occasionally players will mini raise with a straight or flush draw. If he's a tight postflop player , then you should muck this hand on the flop .
Another option may be to just call and see how he plays the turn . By calling , you signal to your opponent that you have top pair . If he throws in a psb , then fold .
The difficulty is quantifying how tight of a pf player he is . Most of the time , we don't have enough information to determine this .
