I played in the bet365 $30K freeroll yesterday.

I pick up Aces for the third time in a short time. I had won two small pots with the first two. Table is really tight. Blinds 15/30. My stack is about 1900. Villains about 1700.

1 EP limp. Folded to me, I make it 5xBB. Limper calls.

Flop comes 889. Villain checks. I bet 1/2 pot. He calls. I've seen him lay down his hands a couple of times so I really want him to call.

Turn is a 2. Villain checks. I make another 1/2 pot bet. He calls.

River is a K. Villain surprisingly makes a small bet. I push thinking he has K9. He calls and flips over 88 for slowplayed quads. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Next hand I pick up AQo. 1 limp. I push. Evereybody except limper folds. He shows A8s and wins by making a runner-runner flush.

This is why I don't play turnaments.

Oh, and btw, online poker is rigged.
