I had a similar problem...
Person A: Wanna watch a movie?
Me: You're a movie.

What a horrible habit. I sounded like such a douche (although it was moderately humorous the first few times)

Wow that is weird, i tried posting about this earlier but simply couldn't think of an example even though i do this a LOT. I tend to not do it when it makes absolutely no sense, like "you're a movie" but it is still a bad habit.

I do this, but only to my girlfriend to annoy the crap out of her. Especially when she talks to me about celebrity gossip or something else equally useless.

Her: Look at how skinny she is, do you think Nicole Richie has an eating disorder?
Me: You're an eating disorder.
Her: YOU'RE AN EATING DISORDER!!!!
Me: Bahahahahahaha!
Her: You suck!
Girlfriend storms off in a huff. Tik goes to post about incident on twoplustwo

Towelie: "You're stupid!"
Cartman: "Yeah, you're a towel!"
Towelie: "You're a towel!"

I don't know if I have a catchphrase, but I am frequently quoting/referencing South Park, and its stupid if the other person hasn't seen it. [see above] I need to stop this.
