Default Re: Results

The brainfreeze went away pretty quick and wasnt an issue. One thing I was worried about since we were doing it outside was that the milk might get warm and disgusting at the end of the hour and that could ruin my attempt. I was wrong, that wasnt an issue either. But I was shaking for a long time and was very cold. The gray jacket is rusted's, that really helped.

One of the reasons I think I still might have a shot is that I ate so much yesterday. at 4pm I ate lunch getting a big plate of fried calamari and a half pound steak. at 9pm i had a bowl of clam chowder and a bison burger with fries. 2 beers with dinner, then more vokda and beer afterwards. When i woke up this morning I did not feel hungry at all. I drank about 36 oz of water because I was slightly hungover. At 2pm I started to feel pangs of hunger but I didn't have full capacity.

It's a great challenge, and you are totally right about it. I downed the first 3/4 really fast, in about 25 minutes. I did this because I was using a cup I didnt know how to pace with and because I wanted to have a good 20 minutes to finish the last bit. In retrospect I should have finished the last cup or so (i drank about 95% of the milk) at minute 30, I said to myself "ok you've got 30 minutes take your time and walk around" and 10 minutes after that it came up. I could have finished the last bit then before the other stuff would start getting processed and maybe would have had a shot.

I don't know how much front loading it hurt me, maybe spacing it out evenly would help. I basically drank the first 3/4 less than 1/2 an hour. There's no way I never try this again, I will not accept defeat. It's hilarious. awesome challenge.
