In short I am 100% positive...

Really boosts your credibility to use that phrase about an obviously NOT clear cut issue.

Perhaps English is not your first language, I can be 100% positive and still be mistaken. How about you? This is not to imply that I think I am wrong about B&M poker becoming more profitable for me personally but since I am predicting the future being 100% positive about my belief is akin to being 100% positive that the sun will rise tomorrow. It may not but even if it doesn't that doesn't make my being 100% positive about my prediction being accurate any less clear cut of an issue either.

You have some good points, but I still think you're being a bit narrowminded here. You're obviously very set in your thinking and you are certainly entitled to your opinion. I would suggest you think about two questions. If after answering them your opinion has not changed, I guess we'll agree to disagree. I don't have to be right here either...just my thoughts.
1. How many people played B&M before the internet explosion?
2. How many people play B&M now?
You're probably going to argue that this is due to Moneymaker and the TV poker explosion just as much as it is due to online. I would argue that TV poker is driven by online poker since that is where the majority of the ad revenue comes from. You take away the ad revenue, and the networks won't put it on.
