if you really want her then you should be supportive of her and not try to make decisions for her.
there are a lot of emotional and psychological things going on with her that you really have zero perspective on. so saying to get an abortion may be easy for you to say looking on the outside, but clearly different from her perspective.
this is a decision she needs to make. she needs people to be supportive of her now, not telling her what she needs to do. she has to live with it, not you.
