--My standard greeting is an Andy Sipowicz, "How's it going." Note that it's not a question.
--My alternate greeting was stolen directly from an old friend of mine: "What's going on there, Champion?" Try it some time, it's really fun.
--In an effort to keep words like "sweetie" from coming out of my mouth in the workplace, I often address female co-workers as "kid". Not condescendingly, but affectionately, like Humphrey Bogart would say it.
--Whenever somebody finally gets the point, I love to hit him with Jon Lovitz' second-best line from A League of Their Own: "Well, look who just caught up!"
