He isn't checking this river ever with a hand that beats you. He's the aggressor and has no reason to think you are going to bet river, so he'll never attempt a c/r. Since we're almost 100% sure we have the best hand on the river, we can bet safely vbet (say $30 or so). About 50-60% of the time he'll fold and the other % we can extra money.
Thin value bets / good hand reading skills = the nuts at SSNL.
