It's not quite this simple, actually. Libertarians don't believe in most zoning/property laws, so live and let live, but don't mind the big chemical plant that just bought the lot next to you.

And buyer beware, there aren't any building codes, so the previous owner of your house didn't put any re-bar in the foundation. Hey, who's the government to tell him how to build his house! Too bad it's sinking now, guess that's your problem.

Oh, did your kid die from a bad batch of flu vaccine? Sorry about that, but the libertarians got rid of the FDA, too much regulation. The good news is, that now that your kid is dead, not as many people will buy drugs from that pharmaceutical company. The marketplace will fix it all!

I'm no fan of Republicans or Democrats, especially Republicans, but the Libertarians are far to extreme on way too many issues.
