Thank you for taking the time to report a potentially suspect usage of the 'disconnect protect' feature.
We have thoroughly investigated aaisdead2323's account history with a particular focus on their previous usage of this feature.
We have insufficient evidence of any suspicious pattern which could not be explained by internet connection or hardware problems at this stage. However, due to the nature of a few of their previous usages, we have informed the player of our intentions to immediately remove the 'disconnection protection' should we see any further suspicious hands.
