Nich, where in Atl? I went to GA Tech and lived there for a little over 3 yrs... Roswell, Norcross, Clarkston (ghetto), Decatur (ghetto), and way up in Canton/Woodstock.
Nice place you got... my buddy just bought another house right off of Lake Lanier (sp?) and is damn nice.
The housing here is insane. Wife and I built a new home in 1998 and paid ~$400K and our new neighbors just paid $992K, so I am not complaining at all [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
