I fasted today, and didn't really have a hard time of it. I ate an early dinner yesterday and a late one today. I often don't eat breakfast, so I basically just skipped lunch. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I agree that not drinking was a bigger deal. I usually drink a fair bit of caffeine, so noticed its loss. Still, this whole "atonement" stuff was a piece of cake. (Don't tell G-d I said so!)
