Not sure where the quote came from, but it sounds right.
There is speculation about PokerStars' plans because they have the right to run their business as they think is best and have a very large European market.
They have been VERY smart guys since 2001.
I think they could allow it, would like them to do so and would love for them to litigate the Act's coverage issue, but what they MAY do is entirely up to them.
