Canard - the Natwest three is a totally different proposition. There is an excellent thread on here in relation to extradition which explains the differences - mainly to extradite the Defendant/s must have committed a "crime" which would be punishable in law in both countries - which is clearly not the case with online poker sites which are legal in the UK.
Why do you think US gov had to wait for SportingBet and BetonSports directors to enter US soil to arrest??
