I would say it is recommended with extreme prejudice LOL. I think everyone got their winnings out eventually, it just took some time on some folks due to a rush of payouts I think. People are doing it every week, just make sure it isn't your rent money since you may have to wait a while (meaning up to 2 weeks if they give you a hassle). Also make sure you check the T&C's before you deposit since they change them all the time.
