The push is DEFINITELY +EV. The only question is whether there's another line you could take that would be even higher EV. Limp is a mistake 'cos you're giving them a free flop in position. Which means you're giving him more information than yourself ('cos he sees your bet) for free. Push all in. Maybe, raise to 200. If he calls then go all in on the flop. He'll only call if he hit the flop (one third of the time). So 2/3 of the time you'll win 200. The other third of the time you've probably still got 1/3 equity. So your EV would be
200*.66 + 350*.33+.33 - 350*.33*.66
130 + 40 - 80 = 90
which may be better than pushing though it's not clear.
