Yeah I've been thinking about this one. Most of the time I just find somewhere there's mutual attraction-- and that can come from lots of things.
However, using that as my springboard leads me to have white-hot short-term relationships that fizzle out and leave everyone disappointed when the intensity can't be sustained and/or the girl turns out to be nuts.

So in addition to mutual attraction-- which comes from a lot of things, but three things i've always been a big fan of are a great laugh, a great smile, and great eyes-- I'd like someone who's supportive of me and the things I do (my last GF was kind of a smart ass about the online poker thing), who actually likes me and enjoys spending time with me and is happy both when we go out and do exciting things as she is to stay at home. And who enjoys just being together, who on a lazy day can just lay in bed in my arms and enjoy the peace and quiet and be content in that.
I'm attracted to talented and passionate women. And I like dancers. Which may or may not explain why I get a higher proportion of nutty ones than most.
