How old are you? 43, I feel like an old fart after reading some of these responses.
Where do you live? Mexico City, been here 2.5 years, heading back to NYC in mid April.
Are you married? I was going to get married in 6 days, but I came to my senses and broke it off I'm now happy to say. Too many girls to choose just one. Children? None that I know of.
Occupation besides poker? Actuary/Finance. Seeing as how David Slansky was an actuary at one time I'm in good company. Seriously, the skills in this occupation translate very well to poker. Money is good in my career and the travel benefits are great. Poker looks like a hard way to make a living, hats off to those who can do it. Real estate and other investments have been good to me so I'll have a work free life style in a couple years anyway.
If studying (or if graduated), what and where? BS Math Illinois State University 1986. I didn't enjoy school, but C's get degrees right?
Favorite movie? Forrest Gump, Office Space, Usual Suspects, Top Gun
Music? Wide variety here. Latin, Reggaeton, Rock from Elvis to today's latest. Motown, James Brown, Dr Dre (not a huge rap fan tho), some country like Willie Nelson and The Outlaws.
Best poker acomplishment? Very modest here, but I'm just getting started. Won a MTT, some scattered FTs, won several single and multi table SNGs. Was pleased to get very close to FT in a Deep Stacks, lost on a suckout. Took 9 hours to get that far, a true marathon.
How long been playing? Since a kid in family poker games. But seriously the last 3 to 4 years. Live in AC and the last year online. I resisted online because I knew how addicted I'd get. I was right. The time I used to put in at the gym I've been putting in online. But, I'm trying to balance these out some.
Feel free to add any other information or pictures about yourself you want to share. I love travel which is why I work in the Latin American Region in my company.
