I've been an all-daily smoker for a few years now and this was my first step to cutting down (let the gf toss it yesterday). Having a bong makes it really easy to blaze all the time so this in itself should make it easier to cut down.
Right now my goal is to cut down significanlty vs quitting all together. I want to stop smoking during the day and try to limit it to a couple weeknights and the weekends.
My biggest problem I have is thinking whatever I do will be better if I'm ripped...so I get ripped and do nothing! It's getting pretty boring.
